What does a website cost?
It depends on the type and the scope. A landing page starts lower than a business site; stores and web apps cost more because they are more work. Starting ranges for each type are in the table under the questions, and the calculator on the homepage works out a range for your specific scope in a minute. The final price is fixed and agreed before we start - it does not grow along the way.
How long does it take?
A simple site is usually 2-3 weeks from kickoff, a larger business site 3-8 weeks, an online store 4-16 weeks depending on size. Every extra feature (payments, bookings, user accounts) adds a little. The deadline is agreed up front and I take it seriously.
What exactly do I get?
A design to approve, the built site, a mobile version, technical SEO groundwork (sitemap, structured data, metadata, fast loading), deployment and handover of every access. The code and the design are yours. We write the scope down before starting, so neither of us gets a surprise.
Will the site show up in Google?
It launches technically prepared: correct headings, metadata, structured data, a sitemap, fast loading and a Search Console submission. That is the foundation, not a guarantee of first place - rankings are built with content and time. With the foundation in place, a new site usually starts appearing in results within days of launch.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes, if you need to. For sites that change often I add a simple panel for editing text and images, no code required. For sites that sit unchanged for months, it is usually cheaper to order a small change from me than to maintain a panel.
Who handles the domain and hosting?
I can set everything up, but the domain and hosting are registered in your name - your property, your account. I do not hold clients hostage with access. Domain and hosting costs are small and you pay the provider directly.
I already have a site. Can it be fixed instead of rebuilt?
Sometimes yes, sometimes a rebuild is cheaper. Tell me what is not working - I will look at the site and say honestly whether fixes make sense or only postpone the problem. When fixes are enough, it is usually a matter of days.
How does payment work?
Normally in two parts: a deposit at kickoff and the rest on launch, invoiced. On larger projects we split it into stages tied to progress.
What happens after launch?
I stay available: small fixes and questions in the first weeks are part of the project, not a separate service. If you want ongoing care (updates, backups, monthly changes), we agree that separately.
Do you only work locally?
I am based in Bydgoszcz, Poland and am happy to meet in person, but the whole process works remotely - most projects run online, across Poland and beyond. A video call and a live preview of the site as it is built replace the travel.
